PAYMENT: Acceptable payment includes All Major Credit Cards: Visa, MC, Amex, Discover or Bank Debit Check Card that displays the NYCE or PLUS symbol on back. All merchandise payments are processed via Pay Pal or Google Checkout in Real-time. Purchase Invoices will not be processed until a payee is confirmed and their payment is authorized and cleared through any of the above credit card processing companies. Please Also Note: Absolutely No Personal Checks will be accepted for any item in the store. ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS INCLUDE: Certified Check, Bank or Postal Money Order Only! All payments must clear first before an item (s) is ever shipped. Additionally, before making any purchase decision or payment, a buyer should absolutely be sure that the item(s) he or she selects from store inventory showcase meets their desired preference: Color, dimensions, size, style taste, brand, design label... etc. Remember, ALL ITEMS SOLD IN THIS STORE ARE FINAL SALES MERCHANDISE AND IS BEING OFFERED "AS IS".

SHIPPING: Seller typically ships Priority Mail (this method of shipping usually has a delivery turnaround time of 1-4 business days). Provided payment has been received in advance, the buyer's merchandise order will usually ship within 1-3 business days . However, please allow up to 1-10 business days for receipt of shipping order (a preventative measure against unforseen handling issues or shipping delay). If buyer wishes to receive merchandise shipment sooner via express or overnight mail service, then he or she must e-mail seller in advance to request a faster delivery service and be willing to pay the applicable fees incurred.

INSURANCE: It is highly recommended by seller that buyer (s) purchase optional insurance for items that are fragile, easily breakable, a rare find, and of high dollar value. Priority Mail currently charges: $2.45 for items valued under $200.00. Buyers should also check local USPS office station for current insurance rates on packages valued over $200.00. Please keep in mind that the US Post Service Prodicer will not issue insurance or process a claim on goods that are breakable, perishable or fragile.

DAMAGED OR LOSS GOODS: Sales Company - Resale Kaboodle will not be held liable for broken, loss or damaged goods that resulted during transportation from point of service handler, shipping company or postal location to end receiver destination city. All damaged or broken goods must be returned within 7-days of receipt. And, to qualify for a MERCHANDISE STORE CREDIT, item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received along with proof of purchase invoice receipt plus original box and packing materials. Once goods are received from buyer and are in the original condition as initially sent, the seller will issue a Merchandise Authorization Number to the original purchaser so that he or she is able to receive a Merchandise Store Credit (Valid up to 6-months only). (NO MONEY REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be given). And, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for any returned item. This cost will not be re-imbursed by seller company. Exception: If a buyer feels that he or she has received an item improperly at the direct fault or negligence of seller company, and can show valid proof; arrangements will be made to resolve the situation in a timely manner with an outcome that is fair and satisfactory for both parties.

These specific stipulations and policies by seller company may be amended or updated at anytime without forewarning or notice. Term Changes may also be based accordingly at the sole decision and discretion of online Site Administrator and Business Entity - Resale Kaboodle.
